Yael Stone

Stone was born and raised at Sydney, Australia. She went to the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, and at the National Institute of Dramatic Art. Stone began her acting career as when she was a young person, appearing in the film Me Myself I and the mini-series The Farm. She primarily focused on theatre. She was awarded the title of the title of Best Newcomer during the Sydney Theatre Awards 2008 and the title of Best Supporting actress in The Kid. The actress also appeared in TV with supporting roles, such as All Saints as well as Spirited. She also starred on the screen in The Diary of a Madman. Her performance earned her a second nomination at the Sydney Theatre Awards as Best Supporting Actress. She travelled from Sydney to New York in February 2011 to take part in the Brooklyn Academy of Music production of The Diary of a Madman.
