Barbara Mori Ochoa, a Maxican and Uruguayan model and actress. Her career began as a model and later became an acclaimed TV actress. Her birth date was February 2, 1978, from Montevideo , Uruguay. She is of mixed origin, Japanese as well as Uruguayan family. She is the only child of two sisters. Yuyi Mori & Rosario Ochoa are her parents. Barbara's parents divorced around 3 years old. Barbara was a child in Mexico and Uruguay before settling in Mexico city. Her modeling career began in an unexpected and interesting way. When Barbara was just 14 years old, she used to work as waitress. Marcos Toledo, a fashion designer, saw Barbara on a day, and wanted her to be a model. She met Sergio Mayer when she was aged 19.
